- It's simple: there is none. You can mix and match all our items or buy just one. If you are a returning customer and need just one or two fill in items, consider your wish granted!
- 98% of all logos we receive will have no problem transferring to embroidery and qualify for free embroidery. You will never pay an application charge if your logo is less than 12,000 stitches (98% of logos apply). If your logo is quite dense or high thread fill, rest assured our graphic designers will work with you to do what it takes to revise your logo appropriately. Our free embroidery grants you one logo application on the left chest by default; however we can sew your logo on a sleeve or back yoke of a garment instead at no extra charge. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible.
- Not a problem. If you want your logo embroidered on more than one location simply add $6.99 per application. For custom names add 9.99 per application
- In order to simplify the ordering process, our single price for each item is the BEST price you will find, industry-wide. On select items we do offer tiered pricing.
- No way! You can mix and match every item on our site and our graphic designers will supply you with two versions of your logo for both light and dark colored items free of charge! At our competition, you'll find a lot of unavailable color and size runs. some of our products have as many as 27 color choices and are almost always in stock.
- Once you place your online order with us and upload your logo, you can expect an email confirmation within 24 hours. If you are a new customer or are using a new logo, you will see a proof of your embroidered or screen printed logo within the next 2 to 3 business days. Once you're 110% happy with it, we will start sewing or screen-printing your order. We will ship your order 7 business days after your logo approval. If you need a rush order, it's no problem - please contact us at (800) 321-LOGO (5646)! If your logo is already on file from a previous order, expect your new apparel that much faster.
- Just have your colleagues/employees set-up an account of their own and reference your business name and/or previous order number in the comments area at step 3 of the checkout process. It's that easy!
- You can upload your logo during checkout (.jpg, .png, & .gif files are accepted) logos in other file formats can be sent to email@example.com (referencing your order # in the subject line). We accept most formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpeg, .tif, .bmp, .gif, .psd, .doc) however the higher the resolution the better (don't go crazy - 1000 pixels is more than enough). Next, our graphic experts will get to work on your logo and within 2-3 business days you will receive an embroidery or screen printing proof, taking into account any special graphical requests that you may have. After you approve your logo proof, we will ship your completed order within 7 business days. That's almost half the time of our competition!
- Glad you asked. If you order 4 items or more on your first order with us (mix and match ANY 4 items from any category) or spend $49 in merchandise, you get your logo digitized and set-up for FREE, for a lifetime of use. If you want to try us out with a smaller order, we totally understand, and will charge you only $49.99 to set-up your logo (Orders under four items using a plain text logo will be assessed a $19.99 Text Logo Setup Fee). That's still half the price of our competition. Remember: once your logo is set up, you will never pay this fee again.
- Absolutely! We want you to be rock-solid certain of how your order will look. We will not start with your order until you have signed off on your Logo Proof. Upon approval of this proof your logo is then ready for embroidery or screen printing. If this is a repeat order, we will not bother you with another proof unless you request it.
- Our logo experts would be happy to evaluate your logo at any time and offer suggestions on how to improve it for embroidery or screen printing. For a free logo evaluation, please email your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org Once you have an order placed with us, our logo specialists will move forward with the set up process.
- Absolutely not! Your logo is on file for a lifetime of use. You can reorder as many times as you like and pay no extra fees. And with our no minimums policy, small fill-in orders are not a problem. If you choose to reorder with a new logo it would be subject to a one time returning customer logo set up charge of $29.99. Text logos may be set up for an additional 19.99. Rest assured once each logo is digitized they stay on file for a lifetime of use.
- We're graphics experts at LogoUp, and the vast majority of logos (97%) only need minor tweaks for embroidery or screen printing that require no fee. When setting up your logo, we do an excellent job at making sure that it transfers to embroidery or screen printing as accurately as possible. If your logo requires any graphical edits we would be more than happy to make the necessary changes for you. Please note the required changes to your logo while placing your order - be as specific and thorough as possible, as multiple rounds of edits may incur multiple fees. Edits needed to your logo such as adding outlines, adding/altering other graphical elements will incur a small one-time $24.99 Logo Edit Fee.
- For best embroidery results, we cannot produce a logo larger than 4 inches by 4 inches. We want your logo to look its best and will work with you to size it correctly. No word, letter, or graphical element in your logo should be under 3/16 of an inch, in order to translate to thread properly. If there is tiny detail in your logo, it may have to be removed or modified by our graphic designers. Not to worry, as we will work with you through the revision process in order to make your logo meet our standards. Our logo experts will do everything in their power to make your logo an embroidery masterpiece! Please note that we offer two sizes of your logo absolutely free - one version each for shirts and hats. If you'd like to keep additional sizes of your logo on-file beyond our two complimentary sizes we've got you covered. There will only be a one-time Logo Sizing Fee of $19.99 per size required.
- Our expert graphic designers will work with you to modify the thread colors of your logo so it looks great on both light and dark fabric backgrounds. You will see a proof of how your logo will look on both light and dark backgrounds, and we guarantee you'll be satisfied before we start your order. If you require additional color combinations beyond the light and dark colored versions, no problem! We'll only charge a one-time Additional Color Fee of $15.99 per color combination.
- We understand that you want to wear your company logo with pride, on name-brand apparel. We can deliver these name brand items because of our 40 year relationship with our vendors. Unlike our competition, we always have access to these items, and are constantly keeping up to date with new incoming fashion, so please check our website often.
- Our embroidery business has been around since 1972. That's 40 years and counting that we've been building special relationships with clothing manufacturers to get you the best choices in color, size, and price.
- We guarantee that you will be happy with your order and we will fix it. if it is not to your liking. We strive to keep you 100% satisfied so you'll do business with us again and again. If there is a problem with your order, please log into your account and from your My Account page scroll down to "Quality Control" and click "Open Ticket" on the right hand side, enter your order number and provide as much detail as possible and our quality control department will be happy to assist you.
- Sure, it's really easy. You can place a sample order by going through the normal checkout process by placing a maximum of 6 items, and put "SAMPLES" in the comments box. We invoice each sample order but you will be issued full credit once we receive the samples back within 15 days. The only cost you will be responsible for is shipping the items back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on sample orders shipped outside of the continental United States.
- Embroidered or Screen Printed items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to exchange or refund the cost of the products you ordered. Our quality control experts will work with you to find the best resolution for your needs.
- Unlike other companies, we don't build shipping prices into the price of our merchandise. - We ship using FedEx Ground or Express service. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes so we do ask that you give us a street address when placing your order.While we may not have time to personally deliver each order through superhuman flight, our FedEx shipping is super-fast.
- Expect your order to be out the door in 7 business days, once you approve your logo proof. We can accommodate rush orders, though, so please contact us if you need even faster service by email at email@example.com or by phone 800-321-LOGO (5646).
- We know that sometimes customers need their items at super-speed and we will accommodate you. Our standard shipping times are weeks faster than our competition (7 business days after your logo proof approval) but if you need your items even faster we have two levels of rush processing. For a rush fee of $75.00 and an expedited shipping charge of 20% of your total order, we guarantee your order will be in-hands 5-7 business days after your proof approval. For a rush fee of $150.00 and an expedited shipping charge of 30% of your total order, we guarantee your order will be in-hands 3-4 business days after your proof approval. We want to earn your business, so please call us at 800-321-LOGO(5646) to place a rush order.
Our "Quick Ship" section guarantees your order will ship in 5 business days. Read the following qualifications carefully to see whether you are eligible to utilize this service.
- The Basics - "Quick Ship" may only be used on items within our "Quick Ship" section. Your entire order must be comprised of only "Quick Ship" items to qualify for our 5 business day shipping.
- Logos - In order to qualify for "Quick Ship" your logo must be on-file and require no changes and/or edits. Any changes and/or edits to your logo will delay your order and it will ship 5 business days after logo approval.
- Processing - All "Quick Ship" orders received after 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.
* All "Quick Ship" items are subject to availability.
- Our free shipping promotion applies to any order over $199. On occasion, we run special promotions for orders of lesser value. Free shipping promotions do not apply to shipping addresses outside of the Continental United States.
- Of course! We love our brothers (and sisters) to the north, which is why we offer competitively priced shipping to Canada! A flat shipping charge of $79.99 + a handling charge of $6.99 per item will apply to all orders shipping to Canada (the $6.99 per item handling charge will be added to your shipping total at checkout). All packages will be sent using Fedex Priority service which means most will be delivered the next business day once they're shipped! Our shipping rates include all duties and fees so you don’t need to worry about any hidden charges here!
- We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Although we do a pre-authorization on your credit card when the order is placed, you card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. *However, if using a debit card. Most banks will withdraw or hold the funds immediately* (Please check with your bank concerning debit card use).
- Gift packaging includes a printed card with your personal message and a tote bags embroidered with your logo, for each recipient. The number of bags depend on the quantity of bags selected by the customer (typically customers choose to order a bag for each item ordered, unless gift recipients will receive multiple items, and in this case they may chose less bags than items since a few items can be placed in one bag for that recipient). The fee that we charge for each tote bag is $6.99. We will place the personalized message card in each bag (for no additional fee). The bag that we offer is a UltraClub 14.75" length X 13.75" Width 600-denier polyester, and for larger items we may choose to use a Port Authority 12"H X 14"W X 6.5"D 600-denier polyester (item #31-ET). The location and size of the logo is a standard size (4" x 4", see below photo), our expert graphic designers will select the color of the bag unless you includes in the note a specific color that you wish us to choose. We have the following colors available for bags: Black, Royal Blue, Red, and Kelly Green. Gift orders will not affect delivery rates or times. Some items cannot be gift packaged because of their shape or large size.
