  • All sizes are available in colors Black and White. Dark Navy and Dark Charcoal only comes in size L/XL, size S/M is not available in these colors.
  • Not intended for medical use; not recognized by the CDC or FDA as safe or effective against COVID-19 or any virus; no guarantee item will protect user from any illness. 
  • NOTE: If the order is intended for use by children, the masks will contain the required CPSIA tracking information. In accordance with section 14(a)(5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act,15 U.S.C. §2063(a)(5) (CPSA), all youth apparel sold by Prime has been lab tested, has a certificate of conformity, and CPSIA compliant tracking number. In addition, each imprinted youth garment sold by Prime will be imprinted with a permanent tracking number using CPSC approved ink. The required fee to apply this CPSIA compliant tracking label is $0.75(G) per piece. Applies to orders of the size S/M.
